Responsibilities:
- Triage inbound calls for various inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to relay findings.
- Monitor live queue and manage case assignments.
- Communicate with radiologists on issues.
- Provide Level I support and submit IT tickets.
- Open and close QA cases for radiologists.
- Monitor and assign specialty cases.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Two years of related experience.
- Basic computer and clerical skills.
- PACS experience preferred, not required.
