Territory Manager, Interventional Urology – Jacksonville, FL Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift and Barrigel products.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans outlining sales objectives.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for UroLift and Barrigel products.
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of UroLift and Barrigel to customers.
• Identify, train, and develop accounts to integrate UroLift and Barrigel products into urology practices.
• Stay abreast of current market conditions and recommend enhancements to the commercial process.
• Collaborate with the Professional Education teams to deliver clinical training support to physicians.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Managers, Sales teams, and Marketing teams to prioritize customers.
• Work with Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required sales reporting forms.
• Assist in addressing product complaints and safety issues for both product lines.
• Adhere to organizational goals, policies, and regulations, including FDA compliance.
• Maintain a professional image with stakeholders, including physicians, consultants, and teammates.
• Establish and maintain necessary credentials to work in hospitals and medical facilities.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Operating room experience is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and adapting to changing work priorities.
• Strong analytical skills for refining business plans and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel 40%-60% of the time, with a valid driver’s license.
