Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly trade monitoring.
- Review and investigate alerts from surveillance systems.
- Assist with asset launches, market depth, and liquidity.
- Monitor market structure and regulatory changes.
- Create process efficiencies with engineering teams.
- Enforce policies and procedures for trading operations.
- Collaborate with teams on compliance investigations.
- Handle ad-hoc inquiries, special projects, or requests.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in market surveillance or trading.
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Experience with policy and procedure management.
- Ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
