Responsibilities:
- Develop outreach and recruitment plans.
- Cultivate relationships with colleges and universities.
- Promote SIT programs at fairs and events.
- Serve as primary liaison to assigned institutions.
- Track and analyze study abroad trends.
- Provide feedback on program development.
- Engage with alumni for marketing impact.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or 5 years of experience.
- Strong intercultural and international experience.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proven experience marketing international programs.
- Strong public speaking and networking skills.
- Ability to travel up to 12 weeks per semester.
- Self-motivation and ability to work remotely.
