Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the US market for optical products.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
• Create and execute strategies for market penetration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Manage the sales budget to maximize ROI.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the fiscal year.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 7 years of sales experience in optical products.
• Proven success in sales strategy development and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
