Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategy.
• Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns.
• Collaborate with SLT on strategic direction.
• Spearhead digital marketing efforts.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Foster innovation by exploring new channels.
• Partner closely with sales for alignment.
• Collaborate with product management on strategies.
• Oversee creation of compelling product content.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather feedback.
• Identify new vertical markets for expansion.
• Craft tailored marketing strategies for new verticals.
• Monitor and evaluate new vertical initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Set performance goals and provide feedback.
• Ensure marketing team stays up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Proven track record in demand generation strategies.
• Experience penetrating new market verticals.
• Strong understanding of ABM and SaaS models.
• Sales background with responsibility for quota.
• Experience in product marketing collaboration.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
