Vice President – Professional Services Operations at Veeva Systems in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build the operational landscape in Professional Services.
• Lead strategies for operational excellence in Services.
• Partner with Services Leadership for strategic alignment.
• Make analytical and logical decisions for efficiency.
• Own the Professional Services Automation system.
• Manage operations and influence without direct authority.
• Develop advanced knowledge of Veeva Services’ policies.
• Align with FP&A for financial reporting and forecasting.
• Drive initiatives to scale the business effectively.
• Onboard, train, and support teams for success.
• Facilitate Services events and develop a community.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Enterprise Software Services experience.
• 5+ years in senior Professional Services leadership.
• 5+ years in people management and team building.
• Advanced capabilities in data reporting tools.
• Based in the United States with global role readiness.
