Responsibilities:
- Prepare immigration applications for filing.
- Communicate with clients on case processing issues.
- Oversee case status using case management systems.
- Update client information and case tracking data.
- Maintain hard copy files for immigration cases.
- Keep clients informed of case progress.
- Assist attorneys in managing case load.
- Report case status/issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of immigration law experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Paralegal or legal field experience.
- Familiar with Family-Based and USCIS applications.
- Experience with case management software.
