Responsibilities
- Execute layouts and generate optimized assets
- Support UX/UI design manager with website designs
- Create design systems, new features, and experiments
- Work cross-functionally with various teams
- Create design iterations and present design rationale
- Analyze data via user testing and heatmaps
- Create development-ready comps and prototypes
- Perform quality assurance on creative and copy
- Retouch and edit imagery and vectors
- Generate creative assets under tight deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in graphic or communication design
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce
- 3+ years experience with Figma
- 2+ years experience with design systems
- 5+ years experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of web best practices
- Knowledge of core graphic design principles
- Open-minded with high curiosity
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams
- Proactive and self-starting attitude
- Low ego and team player with a sense of humor
