Associate Director – Psychometrics, Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) at OPEN Health Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and seek new opportunities
• Oversee COA study design and execution aligned with standards
• Advise on statistical and validation analysis plans
• Support COA-focused strategy for regulatory submissions
• Present research findings to clients and stakeholders
• Oversee development of study documents and presentations
• Mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Biostatistics, Psychometrics, or relevant science
• Five years experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or industry
• Strong experience in COA research and regulatory submissions
• Previous interaction with regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, PMDA)
• Fluency in R or SAS programming languages
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory guidance on COAs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in business development and thought leadership
• Proficiency in MS365
