Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support hardware inventory data.
- Collaborate with teams to align inventory data.
- Develop and generate asset reports for compliance.
- Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
- Analyze hardware data for improvement opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for decisions.
- Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure support.
- 2+ years’ experience in advanced data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with ServiceNow.
