Responsibilities:
- Craft the standard for visual caliber and quality.
- Lead vision-setting initiatives across teams.
- Present and communicate designs to peers and executives.
- Partner with Design Director to lead team rituals.
- Operate as a player-coach, owning design decisions.
- Simplify the user experience with wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish new design standards.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products.
- Experience leading designers or teams at an initiative level.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas and strategies.
- Ability to develop strategic product perspective and vision.
- High design craft and commitment to design implementation.
- Portfolio showcasing large-scale, high-impact projects.
- Experience working with, and contributing to a design system.
Benefits:
- US base salary range: $242,000 to $266,000.
