Part-Time Remote Care Coordinator – Veterinary Part Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of incoming calls.
• Address inquiries about appointments and services.
• Review and respond to over 100 emails daily.
• Triage calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members.
• Assist with administrative tasks like clinic reschedules.
• Use Zendesk and Vetspire to document interactions.
• Communicate with team via Slack and Google platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a high-volume call center.
• Ability to manage a significant volume of emails.
• Proficient in call routing and team communication.
• Experience with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Zendesk and Vetspire.
• Comfortable with Slack and Google communication platforms.
• Strong active listening and client interaction skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable taking 90+ calls per shift.
