Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, category management, or strategy.
- Retail or eCommerce experience is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
