Sr. Manager, Engineering (EMR) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers.
• Set clear expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with recruiting to hire and onboard new members.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for your team.
• Help team follow best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Assist with planning, prioritization, and development of features.
• Work with product managers to define project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams for alignment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 10+ years of development experience, backend systems.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or other OOP languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
