Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited school.
- Active bar membership in one US jurisdiction.
- 5+ years advising on promotional activities.
- Knowledge of FTC and consumer protection laws.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business judgment and creative mindset.
