Responsibilities:

• Drive design and optimization of test automation framework.
• Advocate for continuous improvement of automation processes.
• Identify gaps and improve test coverage and automation suite.
• Develop scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Build and extend automated test suites at various levels.
• Develop automation scripts for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Measure test coverage and evolve automation suite.
• Use modern tools like Playwright, Selenium, and pytest.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline.
• Optimize testing infrastructure with DevOps and development teams.
• Create efficient, repeatable, and error-free test flows.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable software with minimal manual testing.
• Guide decision-making around test coverage priorities.
• Monitor test results, debug failures, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate to identify and automate repetitive test cases.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in test automation.
• Expertise in Python or modern programming languages.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipeline.
• Understanding of maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
