Responsibilities:
- Research and understand the customer and their needs.
- Stay abreast of market developments and identify new needs / opportunities for the Product.
- Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and country strategies.
- Creatively identify new data sources and partnerships that could strengthen the Product.
- Direct the product development team to execute the product roadmap and product quality agenda.
- Drive quality and excellence in our Product, processes, and database.
- Engage internal and external customers to demonstrate the value of the Product.
- Ensure the success of customers using the Product.
- Actively contribute to the success of the commercial pipeline.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Pharma Commercial, product management, management consulting, or related fields.
- Process Oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Database and data quality knowledge.
- Local Health Care market understanding.
- People management & development.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Taiwanese Mandarin.
