Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to clients through strategic thinking and prescriptive recommendations.
- Transition account ownership from new logo Solution Leads, focusing on accounts with the greatest potential.
- Plan quarterly on-site client visits.
- Lead efforts to grow bookings within existing clients, maximizing recurring service opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Delivery team for referrals and upsells.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with existing customers.
- Showcase the value of services and exceed quarterly bookings targets.
- Identify market expansion opportunities within Braze’s business.
- Communicate client issues and product feedback to the Delivery team.
- Become an expert in Braze and its technology partners to anticipate customer needs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, Account Director, or Engagement Manager in marketing technology consultancy.
- Proven track record in managing B2B sales quotas and generating pipeline.
- Experience leading meetings with all levels of marketing organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L management.
- Growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for team success.
- Desire to become an expert in the Braze tech stack and other marketing tools.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing market.
- Background in planning, customizing, and delivering strategic demonstrations and plans.
- Ability to think creatively to develop new solutions for customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
