Wundermart is on the lookout for an Account Manager to oversee our fast-growing presence in the UK.
What you will do.
In your role as the Account Manager for the UK, you will serve as the primary liaison between Wundermart and our valued clients throughout the UK.
Your mission will be to cultivate strong, enduring relationships with our customers in the hospitality industry, ensuring they harness the full potential of our smart shop solutions. With your frequent travels and face-to-face chats, you’ll dive deep into their world, understanding their needs inside out and tailoring strategies just for them.
Your strategic vision will extend beyond mere customer satisfaction; you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, generating referrals, and acting as an ambassador for Wundermart. The UK isn’t just any region; it’s our fastest growing market!
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating market trends from a bottom-up approach, as well as guarding shop performance parameters to ensure optimal functioning.
