Key Responsibilities:
- Training Material Management: Support managing AI and Automation training concepts and materials, including updating, researching, translating, and designing content using tools like Miro and Canva.
- LMS Implementation: Assist in implementing a new LMS system for our learners, ensuring it meets the needs of our users.
- Customer Meeting Preparation: Support the team in preparing customer meetings by creating slides, conducting research, and gathering relevant information.
- Expert Coordination: Prepare briefing documentation for managing external AI and Automation experts, ensuring they are well-informed and aligned with our project goals.
- Customer and User Care: Handle customer and user care processes, including managing support tickets and providing workshop facilitation support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with the product team to identify and manage improvement opportunities, ensuring our platform continuously evolves to meet user needs.
