Business Analyst eCommerce Full Time

Description:

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, run, and facilitate workshops and assess source documentation from the customer.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for future analysis work.
• Work with developers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with the test team.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry sector advances.
• Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalate business-critical situations as required.
• Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on eCommerce/web projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset with maturity and initiative.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile software delivery.
• Business Process mapping and engineering.
• Production of high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analysis and design of systems.
• Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with the UK project team, available until 18:00 PL time.
