Chinese-Speaking Content Writer Full Time

Summary:

XM seeks a Chinese-Speaking Content Writer in Taiwan or remotely to join its Content team. The role involves crafting engaging digital content to support marketing strategies. XM offers a dynamic environment focused on innovation and brand consistency across global channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for digital marketing material (such as campaigns, emails, and webpages).
• Collaborate across functions with the Business Development and Design team to deliver an effective content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives.
• Communicate our brand and company values through all our content.
• Follow specific templates to complete various campaign tasks in a timely manner.
• Write exciting copy that improves open-rates and click-through-rates (subject lines, titles, webinar descriptions etc.).
• Develop a thorough understanding of and be able to work within the boundaries of industry regulations, while still producing creative and original content.
• Work closely with the Regional Marketing team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
• Work portfolio (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration).
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Creative and passionate about content creation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital channels.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail.
