Summary:

• Joyatwork proposes a complete digital health application for companies to take care of their employees daily.
• The solution facilitates the health mission of HR teams and Employee Committees.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the digital marketing communication strategy and an editorial calendar for post publication.
• Create, edit, and publish content (written/text & visuals: photos, videos) on all social media networks (LinkedIn, Twitter…).
• Create a blog, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok accounts.
• Track and analyze KPIs/reporting (results/statistics of post performance).
• Interact with the community (respond to messages, comments, and conversations).
• Conduct active social media monitoring (news, environment, competitors, feedback from prospects/contacts).

Requirements:

• Be proactive.
• Excellent level of spelling.
• Ability to communicate with a target audience.
• Use of the Canva tool.
• Professional knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Ability to work independently. Remote work. Available from September 2023.
