Conversion Optimization Analyst (Remote US) Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute CRO strategies for clients.
• Design and implement tailored CRO strategies.
• Lead day-to-day CRO for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing and analysis.
• Provide guidance on CRO methodologies and tools.
• Conduct CRO audits and provide improvement plans.
• Establish KPIs and create A/B testing roadmaps.
• Make strategic CRO recommendations.
• Collaborate with service lines for CRO opportunities.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals.
• Travel for client visits as needed.

Requirements:

• 5 years in digital marketing (3+ years in CRO).
• Ability to develop effective CRO strategies.
• Proven success in leading CRO initiatives.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unbounce, Webflow.
• Expertise in CRO tools and web analytics.
• Ability to identify CRO growth opportunities.
• Active in CRO thought leadership and networking.
