Job duties/Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts.
- Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions.
- Collaborate with teams to provide legal solutions.
- Provide legal advice on privacy matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- 4+ years in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and project management.
- Experience with SaaS business models a plus.
- Experience with startups or fast-paced environments a plus.
Benefits
