Summary:
SKYGEN USA is hiring a Customer Care Rep to provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and assist with claims, authorizations, and provider information. This fully remote role offers career growth, paid training, and health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dental and vision callers with eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims.
- Help providers locate in-network providers and understand reimbursement schedules.
- Support enrollment by updating third-party insurance information.
- Act as a liaison for member services, appeals, and grievances.
- Provide updates on provider credentialing applications.
- Educate providers on using the web portal for self-service.
- Document calls and resolutions accurately.
- Apply effective de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Escalate unresolved issues to leadership.
- Provide system enhancement and process improvement suggestions.
- Assist the Provider Relations team with updates and discrepancies.
- Participate in departmental projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in healthcare, call centers, banking, or retail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work occasional overtime.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to show empathy.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in dental, vision, or medical industries.
- Experience working in a virtual environment.
- Understanding of dental, vision, and medical insurance terminology.
