- The role involves ensuring clients of syndicated data products have a world-class experience and achieve business goals.
- You will manage a portfolio of 40-50 accounts, build strong relationships, serve as an advisor, and facilitate positive client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through onboarding; train new users on how to navigate the Morning Consult platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of products and services to provide expert advice and assistance to clients.
- Monitor accounts and proactively address issues in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Educate clients on best practices and new features and updates.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the organization by collecting and relaying feedback, needs, and concerns to the product team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that align with the client’s needs.
- Own the customer journey by strategizing around product impact and client experience, leading to contract renewal.
- Encourage engaged clients to become advocates, participate in case studies and testimonials, and give referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-4 years of professional experience (1-2 years of relevant experience or 2-4 years of transferrable experience).
- Clear and engaging verbal communicator, persuasive, and able to influence decision-makers.
- Able to maintain poise and composure in unexpected situations.
- Written communication is clear, concise, and effective at eliciting responses.
- Highly strategic and always thinking about how activities today will impact future goals and results.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by working towards and achieving team and individual goals.
- Coachable and craving feedback for self-improvement.
