• The Customer Success Operations Administrator role is crucial for optimising sales and customer success processes, facilitating strategy implementation, and managing projects across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM system usage and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Customize the CRM system to align with sales and customer success needs.
• Manage other systems to support customer success and sales, focusing on risk analysis to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Train sales and success teams on CRM best practices and data entry.
• Provide dashboards and reporting to support the Regional Operations manager’s sales and renewal forecasts.
• Implement and manage change within the sales and success organization.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Support, Product, Finance, and Operations to align goals and initiatives.
• Provide tools, resources, and dashboards to enhance sales and success team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sales and customer success.
