• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive and execute Ovalware’s digital marketing strategies.
• In this role, you will focus on enhancing our online presence, engaging with our customer base, and driving eCommerce sales across multiple digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns, content creation, and leveraging digital analytics to meet business objectives and maximize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand engagement.
• Create and optimize digital assets, including ads, landing pages, and promotional content to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
• Plan, launch, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, email marketing, display ads, and other promotional initiatives.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, drive repeat purchases, and promote new product launches and promotions.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage paid search campaigns to ensure effective SEM performance.
• Build emotional connections with consumers through compelling content.
• Develop strategies to retain customers with targeted, personalized campaigns, loyalty offers, and exclusive promotions.
• Enhance the customer experience by aligning marketing strategies with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize and refine strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities to keep Ovalware’s digital presence innovative.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with Ovalware’s brand voice and standards.
• Work with sales, product development, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing paid ads, content creation, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in e-commerce or the coffee industry is a plus.
