Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable infrastructure solutions for the exchange platform
- Develop and maintain core systems including exchange, clearinghouse, and API infrastructure
- Implement high-performance, low-latency solutions for competitive market performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of infrastructure components
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development focusing on infrastructure and systems design
- Strong programming skills in C++, Java, or Go
- In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, networking protocols, and database technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
