Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage a panel of up to 500 patients with tailored obesity care plans.
- Work with dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine experts.
- Foster lasting relationships with patients for healthier lifestyles.
- Practice with autonomy while receiving comprehensive administrative support.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to innovation.
Requirements:
- Medical license in Minnesota. Other states are a plus.
- Current DEA certification in Minnesota. Other states are a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in obesity medicine and telemedicine or chronic disease management.
- Positive, supportive attitude dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.
