HR Business Partner – ProdEng Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR team members and clients.
• Provide thought leadership across the talent lifecycle.
• Facilitate company-wide talent cycles.
• Advise on people, process, talent, and culture changes.
• Address employee concerns and interpersonal conflicts.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of HR experience.
• Minimum of five years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong partnership and employee motivation skills.
• Exceptional communication and mediation skills.
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential issues.
• Knowledge of leadership models and DEBI practices.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project and program management skills.
