IT Applications Administrator Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work with a ticket queue and pick up minor and large-sized tasks related to supported applications.
• Support, diagnose, and maintain bespoke and enterprise-level applications.
• Design and deploy quality automated solutions to assist clients and internal teams in delivering requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft client and server OS and applications.
• In-depth knowledge of a Citrix environment.
• Troubleshooting and scripting experience is essential.
• Previous experience as an ‘IT Applications Administrator’ or ‘Applications Support’ is a plus.
