The Knowledge Analyst II position focuses on managing product-related information and resources within the CivicPlus Internal Knowledge Base and customer Help Centers.
The role involves researching information and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize documentation for better usability and readability.

Organize, plan, and prioritize individual tasks and larger projects in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Manage, research, and outline new and existing content by collaborating with various departments to understand project requirements.
Develop, organize, and plan procedure articles, technical specifications, process documentation, and learning materials.
Complete monthly health reports for the knowledge management system related to the assigned product.
Coordinate documentation and resources to support new product features and changes.
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to address informational gaps and hold stakeholders accountable.

Excellent technical, analytical, and business communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of the English language’s structure, composition, and grammar.
Ability to reason, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique data and information.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field (preferred).
Intermediate understanding of HTML and web content practices (preferred).
