Requirements
- Degree or experience in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering
- Experience as Operations or Project Manager in Web3
- Success in designing and optimizing processes
- Understanding of blockchain, Web3, grants, tokenomics
- Comfort with technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams
- Exceptional organizational skills
