We are looking for a Partner Account Manager in Charlotte, NC, to educate physicians about Luna and obtain patient referrals for physical therapy treatment.
This role involves building relationships with providers, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Luna’s client base in the region.
Partner Account Managers are the regional face of Luna and work closely with high-volume potential providers to ensure the company’s success.

Acts as the ‘face’ of Luna in a region, applying field sales knowledge to complete tasks and solve problems.
Oversees and manages 3+ markets, focusing on key partners to grow sales and collaborating with PRM partners to grow the territory.
Utilizes business development practices to increase awareness of Luna among physicians and clinical practices.
Manages high-volume partner accounts by identifying growth opportunities and executing plans.
Builds and maintains relationships with physicians and office personnel through effective communication.
Achieves HVA (High-Value Account) physicians and accounts, implementing the HVA process as needed.
Encourages physicians and their teams to refer patients to Luna by building trust and providing excellent customer service.
Schedules and performs virtual and in-person briefings with physician teams to introduce Luna’s process and develop relationships.
Analyzes regional data and innovates new processes to increase patient volume.
Maintains organized and comprehensive data to track relationships and follow-up communications.
Collaborates effectively with Luna employees and contributes respectfully to the team.
Meets or exceeds monthly productivity and results-based goals.
Maintains a resilient and determined attitude.

Typically requires 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with executive-level clients.
Experience in field sales and account management.
Ability to manage multiple markets and high-volume accounts.

Base salary range: $70, 000 -$ 80,000 per year (based on experience and location).
Variable compensation on top of base salary.
