Program Manager Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of senior, experienced technical leads and staff.
• Develop, update, and maintain the program plan for service delivery.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts through financial controls.
• Oversee transition planning and execution of initiatives.
• Advise customers on strategy and present complex IT solutions.
• Supervise employees and subcontractors of various skill levels.
• Communicate project status, budget, and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify critical success factors and remove barriers to success.
• Advocate and communicate the program’s value and accomplishments.
• Identify opportunities to expand business benefits.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interfacing with clients at the Program Management level.
• Success in meeting/exceeding client expectations.
• Experience dealing with senior management, including C-level.
• Track record of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Experience with program management plans and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• U.S. Citizenship and capability to obtain IT-2 Public Trust clearance.
