Pickle, Jam & Salsa Kitchen is hiring a Remote Mobile Tasting Event Host to bring their flavor-packed tasting events to life. This role involves traveling to various event locations, engaging with guests, and promoting unique food products. The position offers a flexible schedule and a hands-on, fun work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to homes, businesses, and event venues to set up vibrant tasting stations.
- Create a fun, interactive experience with over 40 handcrafted flavors, including pickles, jams, salsas, fruit butters, and chocolate nut clusters.
- Engage with guests, offer samples, and assist with purchases.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from setup to breakdown.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for event setup and breakdown.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Confident in handling transactions and promoting products.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene is preferred.
- Experience in food service, retail, or event hosting is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
