Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code.
• Assist in release cycle implementation.
• Test and debug applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Support Salesforce Administrator.
• Solve problems with technology solutions.
• Implement agile working practices.
• Integrate DevOps into business operations.
• Ensure solutions are best-in-class and optimized.
• Develop reusable, secure, and reliable code.
• Keep knowledge updated in IT and Digital functions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot live issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ Salesforce experience.
• Knowledge of Lightning Components.
• Experience with Visualforce and Apex.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative model.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Web Service integration using SOAP and REST.
• Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, SQL.
• Contribution to open-source or personal projects.
• Experience with Force.com Data Loader.
• Salesforce deployments using Force.com migration tool.
• Working knowledge of source control, GIT.
• Understanding of Salesforce design patterns.
• Experience translating requirements into designs.

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong English communication skills.
• Estimation and workload management.
• Status reporting and progress tracking.
• Familiarity with ITIL.

Advantageous Skills/Technologies

• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• Salesforce certifications like App Builder, Dev I.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
