Senior Aquablation Sales Representative – Boston, MA at PROCEPT BioRobotics Full Time

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota
• Develop a territory plan with sales manager
• Provide monthly forecasts for defined area
• Communicate Aquablation’s value proposition
• Integrate Aquabeam system at new customer sites
• Develop plans for surgical team technology use
• Drive utilization of Aquabeam System
• Expand user base and develop qualified leads
• Convert high potential leads and drive training
• Drive sales through new product introductions
• Develop accounts to adopt Aquabeam system
• Deliver clinical and training support to physicians
• Build relationships with key customers and KOLs
• Identify and prioritize customers for relationships
• Partner with Customer Service team
• Complete and submit sales reporting forms
• Maintain records in the PROCEPT CRM system
• Support resolution of product complaints/safety issues
• Maintain professional image with customers
• Manage travel and expenses per budget
• Comply with PROCEPT Quality Management System

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• Minimum five years of medical sales experience
• Start-up experience with surgical technology
• Experience in market development programs
• Strong relationships in healthcare community
• Leadership skills through past professional performance
• Ability to travel up to 75%
