Senior Client Director – Sales Full Time

Summary:

Redapt Inc. is a technology firm specializing in data center infrastructure and cloud services. The Senior Client Director, Sales will focus on growing Redapt’s Enterprise sales business by targeting accounts, managing opportunities through full sales cycles, and advocating for the company’s solutions in datacenter technologies and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive opportunities and grow datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices in the US, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies.
• Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements, and serve as the primary customer contact for all opportunities.
• Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our services offerings.
• Meet the infrastructure and professional services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience for customers and prospects.

• Ability to build & nurture relationships and deliver results.
• Identify new enterprise business opportunities by creating and driving your own sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferable sales experience in technology (infrastructure, ISV, or consulting).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience selling Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).

Preferences:

• Technology solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects is a plus.
• Ability, confidence, and experience communicating with C-level clients.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
• Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Established track record of selling large-scale data, infrastructure, and app development projects to enterprise customers.
