Senior CSM DACH (m/f/d) Full Time

Summary:

Zeotap, founded in Berlin in 2014, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager for the DACH region to ensure lifelong customer commitment. This remote role leverages Zeotap’s AI-native CDP on Google Cloud, trusted by brands like Amazon and Audi, to enhance customer experiences while prioritizing privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of customers to ensure their long-term commitment to Zeotap.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Sales leadership to meet or exceed annual ACV and renewal targets.
• Identify and develop expansion and renewal targets, define value propositions, and resolve issues quickly.
• Report and forecast pre-sales and install base activity to the Head of Customer Success.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive consensus on mutual success.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain high-performing customer relationships and manage joint-selling initiatives.
• Adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy, and information security policies and procedures.
• Increase awareness of Zeotap solutions across customer portfolios.
• Drive strategy and alignment of customer success strategies to expand business value.
• Create evangelists by delivering impactful user experiences and services.
• Design and execute adoption, expansion, and renewal models with specific GTM business plans.
• Execute playbooks and processes to scale the CSG organization for long-term strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate actionable planning, including joint solutions and expansion pipeline generation.
• Manage and scale customer relationships to maximize growth and ensure success.
• Initiate and conduct Success readiness and training events by customer type.
• Team with Marketing to drive awareness and plan industry-focused events.
• Establish relationships with leadership across Sales, Product, Channel, and Marketing for cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrate Zeotap software and prototype connected experiences for customers.
• Learn and distribute market intelligence to teams and the Zeotap ecosystem.
• Accurately report and forecast activity to executive leadership.
• Become a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years of experience leading a portfolio of customers delivering software-based business solutions.
• Proven track record of expanding and renewing accounts with digital marketing organizations.
• High EQ and ability to lead with positive influence and inspire collaboration.
• Native or professional fluency in German and English.
• Located in Germany, United Kingdom, or Mainland Spain.
• Proven ability to build and grow a world-class global organization through talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Ability to engage at every level of a business and translate business problems into partnerships.
• Proven experience cultivating strategic relationships with global and regional digital marketing organizations.
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies leveraging consumer behavior and data.
• Expertise creating successful business cases highlighting revenue growth plans.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant NRR growth through adoption, expansion, and renewal best practices.
• Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and partner constituencies.
• High energy with a persistent drive to execute with urgency and manage time effectively.
• Dedication to working with team, stakeholders, and customers in person when possible.
• Outstanding communicator with excellent presentation skills, persuasive in presenting ideas.
