Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets for improvement
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to operational processes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track operational effectiveness
- Work with departments to support operational objectives
- Lead and manage projects to optimize operations
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support long-term operational strategies and strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- 2+ years in operations analysis or related role, preferably healthcare
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- At least 1 year of healthcare IT / biotech / life sciences experience
