Summary:
Hypemasters is a fast-growing game development company focused on creating cutting-edge mobile & PC games. They are seeking a Senior Unity Developer to collaborate with internal teams and help revolutionize the RTS genre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the next generation of games.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using Unity and C#.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to develop new game features and ensure alignment with the game’s vision.
- Implement user interfaces, gameplay systems, and multiplayer functionality.
- Optimize game performance for various platforms, including mobile and PC.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in game development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of programming experience in C# and Unity.
- Proven track record of working on at least one published title (mobile, console, or PC).
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and algorithms (e.g., pathfinding).
- Experience in creating client/server applications.
- Experience in developing and optimizing complex UIs in Unity for mobile games.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for Unity games.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
