ServiceNow Sr. Software Engineer – Secops/IRM Full Time

Job duties/responsibilities

• Interface with end-users to gather systems requirements
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications
• Guide customers on Secops/IRM/VRM/GRC processes
• Interact with technical SMEs for environment information
• Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps
• Participate in user acceptance testing of maps and rules
• Promote update sets and data across SN environments
• Remediate production incidents related to this scope
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow in multiple capabilities
• Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC)
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Secops/IRM/VRM/GRC and ITSM
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules and APIs
• Ability to create technical design and user documentation
• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
