Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establish Wiz Center of Excellence
- Serve as primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborate with Support and Product Management
- Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock full value of the Wiz platform
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Help customers develop Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs, and report achievements
- Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams
- Advocate for customer needs across departments, offering insights on new features
- Program manage account escalations and collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals
- Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP certifications preferred
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and security considerations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
