UX/UI Designer with Coding Expertise at ERG Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate user stories into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing to refine design concepts.
• Ensure designs meet U.S. Web Design Standards and 508-accessibility compliance.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides.
• Stay updated with UX/UI design trends and web standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch.
• Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with agile development projects and user research.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and 508 accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
