Requirements:

- 15+ years of HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience in DEI initiatives implementation.
- Master’s degree or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
