Responsibilities
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Provide legal advice on marketing, compliance, and employment regulations
- Draft discovery documents and conduct legal research
- Collaborate with Compliance, Recruiting, HR, and other departments
- Utilize e-discovery tools and online platforms (Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite)
- Represent the company in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Stay updated on healthcare laws and regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal practice post-Bar admission in relevant fields
- Employment law experience required
- JD and Bar license required (Licensed in MI)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite, MS Office
